"How are you doing?"

Are you okay? Do you want to change or grow? Have you been hurt or searching, or maybe just need a place to unpack your current situation, or your past?

As a consultant, licensed psychotherapist, professional coach, teacher and leader, I provide a trusted place for you to do your work to affect positive changes in your situation, whether that's individual or couple therapy, or consulting to be the healthiest leader and organization. I focus on creating a safe and trusting relationship with each client, working collaboratively to make new decisions, meet goals, and  experience transformation. I believe every person and all nature are valuable and worthy of love.

I offer Ecotherapy to help clients connect with nature, improve their lives, and care for the outdoors. It often involves exploring the world together and our role in it by walking in a park, a quiet reflection in green space, earthart, or a group experience.

All capacities and comfort levels can be accommodated.

I also have extensive experience in serving clients with their spirituality, including the religious trauma of those who have been hurt or had struggles with their faith or their faith-based organizations, especially church professionals.

So, let's redecide life together as we reconnect our adult to the nurturer and natural child in us, and the natural world around us.

I acknowledge my current practice is located in the Huron River watershed, which was formed and has grown through connections with the land stewarded by Niswi Ishkodewan Anishinaabeg: The Three Fires People who are the Ojibwe, Odawa, and Boodewadomi along with their neighbors the Seneca, Delaware, Shawnee, and Wyandot nations. Today we benefit from access to land and resources originally acquired through the Treaty at the Foot of the Rapids.
