What to expect

THE FOCUS: When we meet for consultation we will focus on you and your context.  I don't bully or use magic, we mostly talk and assess your leadership and organizational health (mentally, emotionally, relationally, and systemically). We'll also look at your vision/goals, and that of your organization.

THE WORK: I will ask you questions and use resources to help you create a trusting place for you to grow and do the work YOU want to do to have a successful situation.  I believe the best consultation is an ongoing, supportive relationship set aside for YOU, a professional relationship where wonderful things can happen. I hope you find that too!

John helped bring clarity that helped us execute on our goals. His responses were timely and thorough, and I look forward to collaborating again in the future."

I acknowledge my current practice is located in the Huron River watershed, which was formed and has grown through connections with the land stewarded by Niswi Ishkodewan Anishinaabeg: The Three Fires People who are the Ojibwe, Odawa, and Boodewadomi along with their neighbors the Seneca, Delaware, Shawnee, and Wyandot nations. Today we benefit from access to land and resources originally acquired through the Treaty at the Foot of the Rapids.
